Roll Over Century Viking!

We are very happy to finally roll her over!. After two years of spare time working on our own 1953 Century Viking we rolled her over on January 9th 2009. We would love to have her ready for the Boat Show on Lake Dora this year. We'll keep you posted on the progress.

Chris White Discovery 20 trimaran. Rare opportunity, launched 1987, Lombardi Multihulls, refurbished 2004 by John Lombardi.
16+ knots, she'll do 20+. Good condition. New Sunrise tramps, bottom repainted 2007. LOA: 20' ,BOA'15'3", (8'6" folded), Draft 11"/3'6" rotating aluminum mast, new Schaefer furler drum, original main, jib (both usable), symmetric spinnaker (good condition), demountable.Includes trailer, anchor,
closed-cell cockpit cushions. Eustis, FL. $17,500.

Our current full restoration is coming along. Started in August of 2008 we began the complete restoration of this 1946 Chris Craft Custom Deluxe Runabout. The original bottom replaced with a modern cold molded process being careful to duplicate the appearance of the original planks. The sides have also been replaced with the addition of an inner lining of marine plywood and the new planks all book matched. The results will provide the owner with a safe and secure hull giving years of carefree service.

Original interior will be saved, the dash and interior woods all stripped, stained and highly varnished. We rebuilt the engine as well. It runs like a sewing machine, in it’s original Chris Craft blue. The owner wanted to coordinate the bottom, seat color and new custom trailer. The color is a rich wine red that compliments the new glossy varnish work. Look for “Cabin Fever” at this years annual ACBS Boat Festival in Tavares, March 27them 2009.

Proud Owners take delivery of Sadie!

A Summer Project, an original family jewel! 17' ChrisCraft UT for a complete face lift. We were asked to do a "vintage style" restoration so every effort was made to make her look like a very well kept family treasure. New paint, inside and out, original floor coverind replaced, engine overhaul, and about 20 coats of hand laid varnish. Now she is complete with gold leaf lettering and named after the family pet, Sadie!

The story goes; the son of a wealthy French Formula One racing family decided to go boating -- really fast! He hired a well known canoe builder to make a few race boats for him. This is one of only five left in the world. The original Ferrarri engine replaced by a 260 ho Chrysler still scoots right along! We were asked to preserve but renew the entire boat.
Adding a lux aft seat and new fuel tank sporting racing type fills, new chrome and several coats of varnish topped off with new upholstry, she is ready for sea trials! Enjoy her different lines and eropean touches.

Varnish completed for the Owner of a brand new but improoved  version of  the elegant 1936 Chris Craft  Speedboat.

SOLD! A pair of determined hands and a loving heart have embraced the 1967 Thompsom Super Tomboy.  Happy cruising to her new caregiver.  It looks like he plans to restore her at his own NEW shop!
