With over twenty years experience preparing and applying varnish in marine environments, we pride ourselves on providing mirror-like, durable finishes. Varnish and refinish work is done in our dust free varnish booth using the finest quality paints, stains and varnishes.

George Kirby Jr. Paint Company was founded in 1846 as Humphrey, Kirby Co. in New Bedford, Massachusetts. A short time later it was taken over by George Kirby Jr. and the George Kirby Jr. Paint Company was formed and incorporated in 1909. The same paint formulas have been handed down from generation to generation. They are time-tested and proven to be durable and lasting.
The George Kirby Jr. Paint Co. has had the pleasure of being featured in many newspaper and magazine articles throughout it's 150-year history.
